4. Voice Assistant Integrations
The Electrolux Split AC App supports integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to control your Smart Device using voice commands.
When you enable these integrations:
- Voice commands are processed by Amazon (for Alexa) or Google (for Google Assistant) on their respective platforms. Innospace does not receive, record, or store raw voice audio.
- Amazon and Google may collect and process your voice data in accordance with their own privacy policies. We strongly encourage you to review:
- Amazon Alexa Privacy Policy: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=468496
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Innospace receives only the translated command instruction (e.g., “set temperature to 72°F”) from these platforms — not the raw audio.
- You can disconnect Alexa or Google Assistant at any time by unlinking the Electrolux skill from within the Alexa or Google Home app respectively.
